Return Policy

30-Day Free Returns

Eligibility. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Condition. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition. Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

How to start a return. Contact our customer service team at sales@adrenalinecycles.com or (606) 258-0005 and we will provide a free return shipping label.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

• Clearance or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
• Returns outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
